Jobbdirekt.se is a commercial recruitment site focused on the real needs of real people. This release marks a new era for a brand with over 10 years of history; it is now the most user friendly site on the nordic market.
The Amazing Society has had the opportunity to help Career Group Sverige reinvent the site. We created actionable and realistic personas. We made the user experience as straight forward as possible to increase conversion (search -> subscribe and search -> apply). We developed a simple to follow social media strategy, which includes having new positions published to Twitter. To make it all come together, we redesigned the brand and developed a new technological platform.
